Event Details

If you and your partner want the most earth- and body-friendly contraceptive method possible, the Justisse Method of Fertility Management provides a natural, chemical and side-effect-free alternative to conventional birth control. Justisse is a form of fertility awareness education and counselling that provides you with the tools and knowledge to chart, interpret and monitor your menstrual cycles. In so doing, you (and your partner) are empowered to take control of your fertility in a way that honours your body and reduces your eco-footprint.

Justisse is NOT the “rhythm method”. A 2007 Human Reproduction report found “perfect use”of fertility awareness methods like the Justisse Method to be 99.4% effective in preventing pregnancy.  The technique is easy to learn and involves careful monitoring of three key signs of fertility: cervical mucus, Basal Body Temperature and cervical position. Charting these can tell a woman a great deal about the state of her reproductive and general health, while supporting her in deepening a profound connection to her own body.

Partners are welcome and encouraged to attend. Please note that individualized follow-up sessions are highly encouraged for the best results out of your fertility management education.
